so as part of 2019 goals, I have signed up to a half marathon with only 9 weeks to train! I havent been into running in 5 years so this is a mega challenge for me! When deciding what charity to raise money for, I decided it would be nice to raise for a local one. The renal unit in caithness general hospital is a vital unit providing dialysis, which individuals have three times per week and can be an uncomfortable process. I would like to raise some money to put towards making their patients more comfortable whilst receiving dialysis. I know poeple who are on dialysis and I myself have a kidney defect, which I might need treatment for in the future so I think this is a worthy cause.
