My Story

Recently, my friend Adam was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Adam is a patient and kind friend a great family man ,you really could not wish to meet a kinder person, always helping others without a care for him self sometimes, his main hobbies are visiting car museums and shows etc , So I belive it is now our turn to help with restoring his pride and joy , a modern classic car. I am hoping to get like minded people to help, either by donating just a small amount or by sharing this fundraising page.

My Goal

My goal and only reason for this page is to get his car on the road again so he can enjoy it once more whilst he still can. Terminal illness is a daunting fate for all, and I wish to make sure he can have happiness in this sad time for him.

I was inspired to create this page due to a recent event in which a house bound mentally disabled woman had her garden destroyed, and her local community, using a page similar to this, pulled together to fix it and make her feel at ease once more.

Your Donations

Your donations will be greatly appreciated, and will all go towards the steps in which I have to take to ensure this great friend will receive his beautiful car back and restored.

Even £1 would be an amazing help, as eventually, it will mount up and will cover the costs of the following:

- Getting the car prepared by the body shop

- Body shop to give the car a complete respray

- putting the car back together, this to include:- being an old car new clips , new door and window seals , etc

- Pre m.o.t Check this will include new brakes and pipes all round , due to the car being stood for some time without use.

- M.O.T

- Transportation around ie from adam to the body shop , m.o.t and then back home to adam.

Everything listed above, thankfully we have people standing by just waiting for the ok .

Donation overpayments.

If by the time we are reaching our target we can do one of two thing either close the page or if we happen to go over budget with your kind donations we would like to use the money dependent on how much to go towards some or all of the following

- new mats and accessories

- Wheel refurbishment

_ a day or weekend away for him his wife and children .
