Finding the right words is hard, so im just gonna keep it simple and be as honest as i can.

Over the past year iv suffered with severe depression and anxiety. Iv lost jobs, friends, myself and my children.

Im in a place where i wont ever give up on my kids but i need help getting things on track. Iv pretended to front to the world that i live this high life. DJin, Football and Gym etc! When really the truth is i dont sleep, thinking about how i let the kids down and how i will see them again!

Iv made mistakes and im ashamed of who i am and where im at. Iv worked hard all my life, long hours 6 days a week so to be in this situation now is horrible ans upsetting.

Iv been posting things as a cry for help, hoping someone can help me. Sometimes you have to put shame and pride aside and just ask for help.. il do anything to see my kids again and this is me asking for help.
