On the 4th of August 2018 I shall be taking on a 15000ft sky dive with Skydive NorthWest!

This is for the charity PH7 Life which is run through the PH7 Wellbeing Centre in Burnley Lancashire.

Promoting the importance of Mental Health awareness! Social Isolation - Anxiety - Depression - Dementia - Low Self-Esteem - Bipolar - Alcohol Issues - Drug Issues - Anger Issues - Loss

This unique Centre is going the extra mile in helping people with mental health struggles and providing access to courses and help therapy that includes: Psychotherapy/Counselling Group therapy, Meditation, Yoga, Holistic Therapy and pro-active workshops.

The PH7 Wellbeing Centre Is leading the way in working with depression and anxiety and it’s right here in Burnley.

From personal experience with anxiety and depression, I am all too aware of the lonely, isolated, dark places that these terrible illnesses can take you to and the PH7 centre really is offering life changing help and support!

Mental health does not discriminate. It can effect absolutely anyone and it really is so so important that people have access to this help and support and are given the opportunity to reach out and get well again!

Mental health is an illness and is in no way shape or form a weakness. Together we can offer the help and support to those who need it, which will not only change but also save lives!

A problem shared is a problem halved and as the saying goes....... it’s good to talk!
