Hello

My name is Tamzin/Tami

I am a St. John ambulance Cadet. I started with St. John as a Badger (ages 5-10 before you join cadets).

I have long family connections with the order, and it is an organization that I am proud to be part of.

I have been very lucky to have been shortlisted to be one of the cadets that are attending the International Cadet Camp, and this year we are going to South Africa.

This is a fantastic opportunity not just for me, but for the order, and all my fellow cadets, as it enhances ties that we have with others all over the world and makes what happens elsewhere become real.

The total cost for this amazing trip is approximately £1600.00 my parents are supportive, but part of the learning process is to raise monies to fund it.

Today I am asking for your support to help me with this task,

Not just to donate money, but can you bake cakes or biscuits for a bake sale, knit or crochet something that I can sell at a sale or gift something that you do not require any more,

Go online to see the wonderful work that St. John does - in South Africa particularly, I will keep you updated to how the fund raising is going.

I will be recording my time over there so I can say first-hand what it is really like.
