Story
My name is Chris and this is my son lucas and he is 6 year old he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at a young age and we really need support as we are getting some support from family but the costs are mounting up so we are pleading for some support with the cost of the care. I hate having to ask for help but we do really need it.
