IT'S TIME !!!!

This Sunday I’ll be taking to the streets and running the 2019 London Marathon. I wanted to make sure that I was not just asking people to donate to an organisation that I didn’t have a real tie to.

……How about provide a child with independence ?

20 million people across the world need wheelchairs but don’t have the funds or access to obtain them, and of those, 25 percent are children.

Sometimes it’s easy to see a wheelchair as symbol of failure — a failure to walk, failure to be independent, failure to be whole. Wheelchairs, like any other piece of equipment, remind many of us that we need help.

So this brings me to the purpose of all this message. I thought that it’d be great to fundraise to provide a wheelchair to child in need of mobility that I believe it will open the door to a world of new opportunities – education, self-confidence and independence. So she can interact with her world in a way that a child should.

I am asking for your help to raise £ 600, of which 100% will go towards a wheelchair that could make a difference in a child’s life .

However small or large, your donation will mean the world .

Your donations will be quickly processed and passed to relevant charity to provide the wheelchair . I will update this page accordingly with a happy independent child story !
