This page is dedicated to our City of Hull Street Angels who will be taking part in the HOTA which is the ONSHORE, OFFSHORE AND RENEWABLES TRAINING.
As you can imagine trying to escape from a submerged helicopter shell is not usually part of most people’s daily routine, but our City of Hull Street Angels are being encouraged to take on the unique challenge to help raise vital funds for charity.
The ‘Dunker’ is the nickname for the Helicopter Underwater Escape Training Simulator. It is used to train people working in the offshore industry and is capable of a 180 degree revolution in a pool containing 250,000 litres of water.
