Weʼve raised £250 to Help the homeless and raise funds to support the Mayor's fund and to eradicate homelessness across Greater Manchester

Story
The Mayor is undertaking, as one of his goals, to have Manchester without any homeless people by 2020.
City United MCR has been set up to help the Mayor achieve this goal and also help the people in need.
Manchester is quite rightly known as the powerhouse of the North and this homeless problem can be eradicated by the people of Manchester.
City United MCR has been formed to continually raise awareness of the plight of the homeless and to raise funds to support the Mayor's fund.
We hope to get sponsorship for our overheads ensuring that every penny donated goes directly to the mayors fund to help the homeless.
Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, said:
In Greater Manchester we do not walk on the other side of the road. We look out for each other. That’s why, when I put out the call for people to pull together to tackle the homelessness crisis, I have been humbled by the number of people who have stepped forward. City United MCR is a brilliant example of that – I thank them, and you, for such generous support.”
