For those of you that know me, you will already know that i had to make the heartbreaking decision in January to rehome my dog, Echo. This was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do.... the bitter sweet feeling of saying bye to your best pal whilst knowing its the right decision for her! I contacted multiple rescues and larger charities but struggled to get any support due to her “quirky behaviours” i was really struggling to cope.

Finally, i got put intouch with someone who was able to track down the charity who rescued echo, from the side of a road in Crete with her brother, when she was just a tiny pup. The Cretan Animal Protection.

Within hours they were able to tell me her full history and even tracked down her brother who she went and stayed with in scotland. She is now continuing training and is being fostered until she is ready for her forever home.

I know there are alot of charities out there desperate for donations but i really cant thank Lorraine and her rescue enough for helping and ensuring echo was not put in a kennel or fallen into wrong hands. I am desperate to give something back to say thank you and help keep a few more animals safe and loved!
