I have just completed a mental health diploma, I suffer with depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Unfortunately people who suffer with mental health illnesses find it hard to cope and deal with life how they see it, like myself, while I was doing the course, it opened up my eyes to the fact that there are a lot of mental health issues out there and there is very little support. Obviously not everyone can be helped but I want to see up a mental health service where I can help people through the process of time out, basically an place where people can come and interact with other with similar illness, arts and crafts, cup of tea and a chat, day trips, walks, cooking and other activities.
I want to help and support Adults and children. I believe I can help as much as I can in anyway I can with activities.
Unfortunately thing cost, I am fund raising to help get a place and buy activity items, to help support where I can.
