Story
I have been working at Delaware House for over 16 years. Delaware is a home which specialises in Dementia and Mental Health. I am doing a half marathon walk in London in September with my friend Jenny who hopefully together we will get each other through it as neither of us are keen on exercise so this will be a challenge for both of us! The funds I raise will towards the Amenities fund so the residents at Delaware can enjoy days out, entertainment and go towards a sensory room which can give them mental and social stimulation.

6 years agoThanks to everyone for your generous sponsors and support. Completed the walk in 4 hours and 14 mins! Awful weather in London yesterday, wet feet and was not prepared for rain but glad I've done it for my care home which you all know I am passionate again. Thank you all again XXX
