Story
Marley, a 6 year old boy from Newport, has a very serious life threatening condition called Severe Aplastic Anaemia, (bone marrow failure) he needs a bone marrow transplant (BMT) to save his life. He was diagnosed on the 23rd July 2018.
His little brother George wasn’t a match so that’s when we started Marrow for Marley (August 2018) We are encouraging people all over the WORLD to join the bone marrow register with a simple cheek swab as we have NO match world wide 💔
Claire Selwood, a family friend, is running the Newport 10k to raise funds in order to support Marley and his family.
