Hello you lovely people 👋
In October I will be attempting to climb the 3 peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.
It is to raise money for Man down... raising awareness of men's mental health. Unfortunately I've seen first hand the damage that mental health can cause... And the devistation left behind when it all gets to much. I think the majority of us will know somebody, if not yourself, that is suffering right now.
So please get behind me on this... And donate to this great cause... Whatever you can afford... Every penny counts.
