Cameroon Catalyst - Tom's choice: Cameroon Catalyst is an International Development Charity lead by students across the UK. I have volunteered for the charity for the past four years and am involved with the current Water, Sanitation and Hygiene project, part of which aims to provide sources of clean drinking water to rural communities in Eastern Cameroon. The charity have already delivered five wells to vulnerable villages in the region and future funding will help towards the construction of more wells.

Dutch Cancer Society - Clive and Mandy's choice: Cancer is a disease that has affected both of our families and cancer care has come on in some leaps and bounds in the past few years. More people are living their lives with cancer rather than dying from it and as 1 in 3 of us will be diagnosed with some form of cancer, we feel it is an important cause to support.

The Mental Health Foundation - Molly's Choice: Historically mental health has not been a topic of frequent discussion in our society, yet is such a prevalent issue. Luckily, as of recent, it has been discussed much more and we have been much more open about our own experiences with it. Being such an important topic within our family I decided I would like to choose this foundation as my choice in order to help support their cause and further improve our understanding and acceptance of those suffering with mental health issues.

RNLI Lifeboats - Clive and Mandy's choice: Having spent many an hour, in a small yacht, with young children, we know how a pleasant sail can turn into the feeling of being churned in a washing machine! Knowing that RNLI volunteers are there to help, advise and rescue means so much to pleasure sailors such as ourselves.
