Story
The Great North Run is the largest half marathon in the world, taking place annually in North East England each September. Parents and supporters will be running to raise funds for the Down Syndrome Swimming Great Britain charity.
Julie and I are running to support the daughter of a great friend of ours who, with the help of this charity, is achieving amazing wins and world records.
Down Syndrome Swimming Great Britain (DSS-GB) is a volunteer led charity which enables children, young adults and adults with T21 or Mosaic Down syndrome to reach their potential as elite swimmers giving them the opportunity to attend national and international events.
