Story
Trying to get help to buy a new lpg fryer for my new family business called Ollie's after my 10 year old son who keeps telling me to open my own food place up. My son is excited about having the trailer named after him and I really want to make it a success so that I can show that hard work really does pay off!! He even says that he will help at weekends when not at school! Also having the trailer will mean that I will be able to spend more time with my family because with my job it's mostly evenings and weekends and 12 hour shifts. After being a chef since I was 13 years of age I'm now 38 and is wanting to be my own boss working in the local area. I started my trailer up last week for the first time with the equipment that I had already purchased to find out that all the equipment (refridgeratorx2, urn, lights and electric fryer) does not run with the petrol generator I have. The grill is run by gas (thankfully) and I now desperately need a lpg fryer so that the rest of my equipment will run with the petrol generator thus meaning that I can serve all of my food. So after a slow start I am now without my fryer to cook chips/vegetarian food, which having looked for a lpg fryer I find out they cost in the region of 500 pounds plus+ as well as installation which I cannot afford. I am running the business (hopefully) on my days off so already working a 7 day week and would be extremely grateful for any donations to my cause. Thank you
