Help with Funds for Office Equipment needed

COMMON HOME FOUNDATION (COHOF) is a Rwandan non-governmental organization whose mission is to build the capacity and promote the sustainable development of indigents and vulnerable groups through education, improving their life conditions (community empowerment), cultural values preservation and environmental protection.

The Common Home Foundation's mission will be considered as achievable as the Foundation will respond to almost 80% of all on-site beneficiary requests. Its programmes coincide with the local and national situation, for the development of families to which it provides assistance through education programmes, fight against hunger and child malnutrition, culture and socio-economic integration in Rwanda.

Its actions are complemented by a programme of family awareness campaigns on child-related risks: family violence, exploitation, and lack of education. In order to fulfil its mission, the Foundation is determined to work on the sustainability and qualitative improvement of its humanitarian action.

In the field of education, the Foundation has decided to strengthen the education of poor children by providing school materials.

This project is part of the actions of the Common Home Foundation to improve the socioeconomic level and education of the population in need of help, especially those historically marginalized (Batwa minority) and women in Rwanda. These programmes can create a better standard of living and a better socio-economic situation.

As part of this project, the Foundation would like to request assistance with office and computer equipment.

Given the difficulties and economic situation of the Foundation, which is still young, obtaining this assistance will facilitate communication between the Foundation and internal and external partners and make the work more efficient.

Since the creation of this Foundation, this project has encountered financial difficulties, which is why they count on the support of partners and benefactors.

This will enable the Foundation to achieve its goal, and volunteers will be able to serve all isolated areas.

The ultimate goal of this project is to enable the Foundation and the target group to benefit from the potential offered by technology such as the preparation of programmes and projects, writing, preparing meeting reports, taking photos and videos for projects.
