Edith did it! On Monday 8th, Edith did her swim challenge. It was a busy time in the pool (Easter holidays!) but she weaved in and out of people to do a circuit we think added up to about 100 metres. She then went into her half hour swimming class doing lots of lengths so she definitely exceeded her target after that - she was very tired but a chocolate orange as reward made her very happy! Thank you for all your support. Roll on June 8th and our street party!

Because of an injury sustained by my doing another totally unrelated fundraising event (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/tombfs; nothing serious, just a thigh strain!), I couldn't accompany Edith into the pool today to complete her swimming challenge so it is postponed again until next Monday 8th April. This did allow us to get around all the rest of the conifer Gardens houses this aftetnoon though!

Thanks so much to all those who have donated already! We are having to postpone the sponsored swim by one week because I've not had time to get round all the doors on Conifer Gardens yet - we've done about 1/3.
