A colleague of ours is running the London marathon for Compton Care and we would like to help him raise as much money as we can for such a worthy cause.

Matt and I (connor) are going to run half the distance of a marathon every week and cycle the distance of half a marathon every week until June. We will do the distance across a couple of gym sessions and will try to keep a digital diary of us doing this for proof.

Compton Care believe people are more than their diagnosis and partner with them to give people the care and support they need to live the best life possible. They have to raise 5.3 million pounds a year to carry on delivering services free of charge to those in need.

This is going to be a huge challenge and a very long journey for us. I (connor) currently weigh 120kg and the only exercise I do is weights so I am going to struggle massively but I'm very determined to complete the challenge!
