Story
Connor is an 11 year old with Cerebral Palsy. He's outgrown his existing kid's motorised chair and his Mum is trying to raise the £17,500 needed for a new one by whatever means she can.
I'm going to cycle across Scotland in September to try to raise a few quid to enable Connor to get some of his independence back again, so please bung us a quid and I'll think of you as I struggle across the Cairngorms in the rain!

5 years agoWe've bloody done it. I only had 4 punctures! We arrived Aberdeen after an awe inspiring ride from 2,200ft above sea level in the Aberdeenshire mountains to Aberdeen now on the coast. A wonderful day with the wind at our backs the whole day and not a drop of rain. Thanks all for your support!

5 years agoDay Two from Inverness to Tomintoul was made difficult by the storm force headwind and an hour of rain. Good to have made it into the Cairngorns, some spectacular scenery, especially for the last climbs. Today is day three, the final push on to Aberdeen. Weather still very windy with a storm battering the Highlands still, but with a bit of luck it will be all at our backs today.
