I have finally decided to achieve one of my goals and run a marathon. (Abingdon Marathon - 21st Oct) I am a pretty keen runner so this is just something I'm doing anyway but if I can raise some money for good causes at the same time then it's a win win!

My amazing and brave friend Sarah Roberts who most of you know has been fundraising for these charities throughout her cancer journey so i'd like to help her add to the impressive figure she's raised so far!

Her chosen charities below are pretty close to her heart and have helped her a lot through her journey:

Trekstock - a registered charity in the U.K. Helping young adults get moving again after Cancer.

Bamford Suite Nuffield Hospital Derby - the chemotherapy suite that looked after Sarah during her treatment. They have 3 full time nurses who provide support groups and are aiming to provide more mindfulness groups so they can open it up to more people going through and after cancer.
