Hello people. I am aspiring to become a front of the house manager, but I feel em baresed because of my smile. I cannot smile properly and to get my dream job I need to be.more confident. Since I was a kid I felt like I cannot smile because of the bad appearence of.my teeth. I felt allawys embarased and marginalezed in the school because of this. But I wanna be a restaurant manager first I need to start as a waiter to get experience in FOH. Is my dream job. And is difficult for me to get a job as a waiter because of my smile. At the momemt I am stucked near London with a kitchen porter job. The money I earn doesnt allow me toto save to much. Please help me to get my dream job. Thank you very much.
