Story
Over the weekend of 5th April three Scout buildings were damaged through break ins and vandalism around Coventry.
The main Scout activity centre ROUGH CLOSE had two of its toilet blocks vandalised. Water pipes were brocken and sinks and toilets ripped from the walls.
Two other buildings in Radford had windows smashed and damaged carried out internally.
The support from the community across Coventry has been overwhelming from local businesses and the general public. Your help to purchase some materials to support this great work will be very welcoming.

5 years agoThank you all once again for your generosity. We had a brief meeting last night to look at our next steps. We had thought that we may have to condemn the toilet block altogether but with your kind and generous donations along with the offer of support from local businesses and people wanting to carry out some of the work we are now working up a plan to undertake the repairs. We are putting a list of materials together and are meeting again on Saturday to sort out next steps. Will keep you updated on progress.
