Hi all and thanks for looking at my just giving page.

I want to show my support and help anyone who has/is affected by mental health illness by raising money and awareness for Mind charity.

In 9 months I aim to complete all 17 challenges.

Survival of the fittest;

Yorkshire (7 miles of adventure assault course)
Lakes (7 miles of adventure assault course)
Nottingham (7 miles of adventure assault course)
