Myself and a lovley group of chaps will be cycling the C2C route in early September to raise money to aid the work of a wonderful charity whose work I saw first hand and to support a local sports club.

The route is made up of 136 miles between the Irish Sea and the North Sea, from Cumbria to Sunderland, passing through the northern Lake District before climbing the Pennines and descending to the railway paths of County Durham.

As a larger gentleman who has missed out on 20 years of Cycling this should be a momentus occasion and your support is truly appreciated.
