After having to ask Volunteers to be patient while negotiations have been unfruitful with current landlords that have asked us to vacate office space afforded for Volunteer driven services at a very competitive rate since we begun operating in 2011.

Unfortunately, in absence of our Volunteers being accommodated to facilitate services in Stratford, London due to level of market rent required for similar commercial office space in our current location of London, E15 4BQ

Coupled with the short notice to vacate our offices based on unsecured tenancy at will terms. It was disheartening to disappoint dedicated and motivated existing and new Volunteers expressing interest to better use their time developing their real life working skills and employment prospects.

Considering our use of previous Volunteer office and training room space has stopped

Also, due to funding from our hosting and supporting not profit organisation CSR Projects, now also no longer being available as it too continues unfunded

Importantly, while Volunteer office items remain in unusable offices leading to our Volunteer Community services not being able to operate unfunded.

Also, due to the level of rent charged locally for us to continue benefiting communities based on both our Volunteers' and my own local and surrounding networks.

Local communities and Volunteers are unable to continue gaining valuable new skills, training and work experience while offering and marketing previously offered services to include the following:

1. Get Work Ready, work experience for communities service online at http://GetWorkReady.org concurrently supported by our partners' Training Services online at http://LeadingSkills.co.uk, which were hosted from our offices that enabled shared office desk space income to sustain, support and continue welcomed support of dedicated, committed, enthusiastic and motivated Volunteers that make a positive difference by bettering circumstances of individuals in our communities

2. Children & Families support service called McKenzie Friend Services online at http://McKenzieFriendServices.org to support families without public funding support or those who are unable to amicably resolve child centric issues in best interests of Children.

We therefore welcome support by way of your welcomed giving to help us secure continuation of Volunteers and our Volunteer driven services and support to our local and wider national communities.

Your support through donations/giving will enable security of secured tenancy within the same area for the level of office space required to facilitate the community services coordinated by Volunteers

Volunteers are supervised during my Voluntary commitment and are secured through the office insurance cover I have already paid for in order to safe-guard Volunteers when Volunteering their time to provide non profit community services.
