Story
This is my daughters puppy, she is 12 weeks old and has had some lower jaw trauma, multiple breaks. We hadn't managed to arrange insurance when this happened so my daughter is left with quite a large vets bill which is ongoing due to the first operation not being successful, she now needs another operation to insert a plate to stabilise her jaw.
My daughter is a student and works but this unexpected bill is a large amount to find for her.
We just want NOLA well and home asap.
UPDATE
NOLA is back home again after another stay at the vets. Her jaw is still in place thank goodness but she has a rough few weeks ahead before another OP to remove the wire holding her jaw in place. For a teething puppy this is a nightmare as shes not aloud to chew at all.

5 years agoThis morning Nola has had another OP to removed 1 cm of her jaw as it is dead, no blood supply to it, the wire has been removed also to allow the infection to clear and figure out a plan of how to mend her jaw. We are all devastated as she has been so happy and full of life and shown no issues with what's been going on in her mouth. Our vet bill is ever mounting but I have not been sharing this page due to one spiteful individual who is spreading malicious lies regarding the funding for Nola.

5 years agoSo today NOLA has been back to the vets. She developed a swelling which is infected, more antibiotics for her. Tonight however after an afternoon of it increasing in size it popped and is oozing pus, better out than in. 🤔

5 years agoNOLA has had the staples removed and is ok and mending. She has an operation booked for the 25th February to have the wire removed from her jaw. There is still one individual spreading malicious lies regarding this funding so if anyone wants any more information or evidence please message me. Thank you to all of you good people for you kind support ,
