I first heard of this charity through my friend Annabella, she has the biggest heart and I couldn’t help but want to get involved in helping this village after hearing her story, which I now share with you…

I would like to introduce you to my “other” big family. The video is in Italian, but you can get an idea from the footage of what we do and have done in the last few years. The person speaking in the video is my priest. The old lady with glasses and white shirt is Caterina, a friend of mine. She went to Koupela, in Burkina Faso 15 years ago for a voluntary project and she decided to move and start a project. Since then, she spends 6/7 months every year in the village we have built. Her mum is 80 years old and goes to visit her every year for many months. Incredible, isn’t it?

We would like to focus on building a school for the village, currently the children study outside in the garden. There is no building, just simple boards on walls. Students come every night from the surrounding areas to study as many of them don’t even have electricity.

All the money raised today will go to the association.
