    Story

Cara is a mother to three amazing children, aged 5, 7 and 10. Cara aka CJ does nothing more than devote her life to their well being and happiness.

Cara has been affected by illnesses. Over the years she has endured neuro surgery and spinal surgery. She has also been suffering from conditions with her liver and gall bladder.

The pain she suffers is unbearable at times, yet she manages to work 12 hours shifts including nights, cook clean and raise her children. Making family time important and fun

Even after working long hours.in a stressful and very difficult job within the emergency services. She manages to do her job despite her symptoms and pain.

Recently she has been so unwell that she has missed out on her son's birthday plans several times.

This torments her and she feels unessasarily guilty when this was out of her control.
Cara had surgery recently with a view to hopefullt giving her back her life, with no more pain and it appeared to have gone well and she was released home.
Post op recovery was supposed to a few weeks, with noticeable signs in days.
This was not the case, she was readmitted to hospital in under a week.

Cara has had more surgery, so the suffering continues, mentally and physically.
She really is an amazing woman.
At the beginning of 2018 her daughter was admitted a local hospital with symptoms of mengintis, after some time her daughter was blue lighted London hospital for treatment of Kawasaki's disease and was hospitalised for weeks and weeks in a specialist unit.

Cara did not leave her daughter's side.
Sleeping near to her in cramped and unsuitable conditions for any parent.
She remained positive throughout, despite being miles from her family and other children.
Despite her pains and own illnesses, she stayed with her child.

Cara puts others above herself time and time again.
She had planned a short break after her recent surgery but alas this has had to be cancelled.

Cara needs time to recover and feel well in herself in her mind and body.

I have never met more selfless person before. She deserves healing time and some time to relax and recover.

I am hoping to raise this money to help with additional childcare and the possibility of giving Cara the break she needs when she is better.
