Hi, I am Dan and i am 18, I am raising money for Raleigh International and to participate on one of their expeditions in Nepal starting 9th February 2019. Nepal is one of the most deprived countries in the world, that is why I have chosen to offer my support here. Part of my expedition will involve helping local communities in Nepal, providing manual labour, education and skill training in sanitation, hygiene and other areas. I will also be doing work within the natural environment helping with preservation and protection of national parks. Finally I will also be partaking on a 3 week trek in the Himalayas, a personal challenge and a way of raising more money for Raleigh International.

The money donated will help to fund my expedition, as I have fee for £4000 to pay to Raleigh be able to take part. The money goes towards; resources/ supply's for communities and volunteers, building equipment for wells, sanitation unites, bridges etc, and donations will also go towards travel expenses so that I as a volunteer can go to offer my physical help.

I am currently working as a support worker for autistic adults with the the organisation United Response, the money I make will go towards Raleigh international but this will not fund the entire expedition. Therefore, i am looking for further sponsership to help support my goals.
