Story
On 25th January Stuart was diagnosed with Acute Myleloid Leukaemia Stage 3.He is being treated in Blackpool Victoris Hospital and has had his first round of clinical trail chemotherapy. Stuart will have another round of chemotherapy in 4-5 weeks time and the will move to Manchester where he will undertake a Stem Cell transplant. The family and friends of Stuart are aiming to raise £10,000 to help the family move forward during this difficult time.
Having grown up playing rugby with Stuart i have decided to compete in the St James Place Sprint Triathalon on 19 May.
You will all know im not the most athletic lad in town but im more than happy to drag my fat carcass round the 400m Swim, 23km Bike Ride and 5km Run in aid of this great cause.

5 years agoAnother 30 blast on the WattBike followed by a 30 min run. The transition is really hard on the legs but practice makes perfect.
