Weʼve raised £1,317 to help Daniel and his parents. Ten year old Daniel has been diagnosed with a brain tumour. This will help with his rehabilitation.

Story
Daniel is a bright rugby obsessed ten year old. Last week he had a few headaches and within 24 hours was undergoing a ten hour operation to remove a large brain tumour. The operation was successful but has left him, hopefully temporarily, blind in one eye and with a long road to recovery. Recent tests show Daniel now needs chemotherapy. Any money raised will help his parents give him the care he needs.

6 years agoGreat news.. Dan doesn't need any further treatment. The chemotherapy is no longer needed as the tumour (or what's left of it) has responded to medication!! This is fantastic news!!

6 years agoNot the best news we were looking for. Daniel needs to have some Chemotherapy. As a result I have decided to raise the target amount and leave this page running for that littke bit longer. You have all been wonderful so far but with this recent news i feel that pushing just that little further and asking fot a little more will have such a positive impact on both Daniels and his parents lives.
