The problem we have is a big enough place to take our adventure to the next level, we our blessed to live in such a beautiful place thus, giving us unique tasting moorland honey and amazing wild foraging fruits. We grow mushrooms from oysters to shittakes to lions main, all organic and all locally sourced substrates.
With these skills and knowledge we want to create workshops to teach people about bee keeping, foraging, basket weaving, just to name a few....
