Hello to you all lovely people,

I am raising funds for BREWIN'S STROKE GROUP - a small volunteer led group based in Parklands Community Centre in Northampton I have chosen this group as nobody has actually ever fundraised for these fabulous and selfless folks who give up their time to help and support stroke survivors and their families and really anyone who has been affected by this devastating disease.

On 16 September I am taking a part in the London to Brighton bike ride event. I certainly will not try to win the race as knowing my luck I will most probably end up with flat tyres, snapped chain or even my shoelace gets entangled in the bottom bracket whilst waiting for green on traffic lights. I genuinely hope that me and my other half (my bike) will get to Brighton in on piece, will meet some amazing people with inspiring stories along the way but ultimately will raise some much much needed funds for this wonderful group!
