i have entered and hopefully completing the Nottingham Outlaw on the 19th May. I am doing this to raise money to purchase TV’S for the chemotherapy room at Nottingham City Hospital. I wanted the fund raising to be more personal, my mum has been using the room for the last year and is hopefully nearing the end of her journey, the same room i used nearly 20 yeara ago!!!! i want to help make the experience better for patients so they can watch TV and films whilst having their treatment.. Going through the pain of a 1.2m swim a 56m bike ride and a 13m run is nowhere near as tough as what cancer patients have to suffer, ive never done anything like this in my life so please dig deep and help, even just a few pounds will help, thanks Darren
