I will be take part in the media city Uk Urban challenge on Friday the 13th July in Salford for charity representing EMR as part of a team of 14 runners, the charity has not been confirmed yet but i will let you know as soon as it is. I have never asked for sponsorship for the events I have done over the years but this one has been set as bit of a competition by Andrew Brady so I would really appreciate your help in not becoming bottom of the list, also the charity I have nominated if chosen is part of the EMR local charity scheme. EMR have said the company will double what is raised across the 14 runners. If any incentive you some of you it will probably hurt with risk of injury so got to be worth something?
