I have suffered with mental health problems for most of my life, I have worked for most of it, up until 2008, when I had my first break down, tried to get back to work, which I did until about 5 years ago.
Then I had my second break down, since then, it's just been a massive struggle, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, aggressive behaviour and intrusive thoughts and suicidal thoughts, have now taken there toll.
Just the smallest thing just sets me off, and then 3 weeks ago my wife who is my career, had a heart attack, being only 42 this has come as a massive shock and struggle.
My head is all over the place, my mind is all over the place.
Just finding it hard to cope with every day life.
As myself and my wife can't work, it's been a massive struggle with money, can't get any help from the bank, because of being on benefits, so trying to buy a car is out of the question, I'm just reaching out to see if anyone can help.
