This year I am attempting the world famous Ironman Wales, which has been rated the 7th hardest, Ironman. It is billed as one of the world's toughest - and best - endurance events. Competitors must complete a 2.4 mile swim off the coast of Tenby, Pembrokeshire, before taking on the hilly 112 mile bike ride and a marathon to finish all within 17 hours on the 15th Sept 19.

Every season we try to deliver kit and equipment to all the children in our team. We have 35 children attending our sessions and buying equipment and booking training facilities can become expensive.
