Hi There having recently set up my own business doing something i love (painting wall murials). I remembered when i visited my sister in hospital and she walked me down to the premature baby unit where my nephew was. He was 3 months premature. As i walked through the childrens ward i noticed all the paintings on the wall of all the beloved characters that children loved all the bright colours aswel as a wall dedicated to all the premature babies who had visited years later to thank the nurses. I also noticed that some of the wall murials where a little old and although very nice a little bit worn and faded. I asked the nurse are they done by a company as i recently set up my own. She informed me its all done by volunteers and unfortunatly lately the have struggled to find artists or volunteers to re paint the walls. Having started my own murail painting business not long ago i thought i would love nothing more than to paint and help the childrens ward at manchester and my local hospital tameside. Unfortunately as my business income is very tight and what paint i do have spare would not be enough to cover both of the hospitals, i have decided that in order to raise money i will partake in a triathalon and ask for sponsors to make enough money to buy the paints needed to make both childrens wards at both hospitals a more happier place for children and parents to spend there time. You only have to spend a few minutes in these wards to realise what some children and some parents are going through and although these paintings cant fix things they can atleast make the atmosphere alot brighter and alot happier to be around in what you can imagine are some hard times. So i am asking please if anyone can sponsor me for my triathalon i am willing to give up my time and try my best to make these wonderful places a little bit more up to date thankyou. I will be attempting to complete my triathalon in october this year (2018) i am currently in training with 2 other wonderful volunteers and as you can imagine we are looking for anyway we can gain sponsors thankyou very much and please if you can spare any amount please check back in as i will be trying to keep updated as much as i possibly can thankyou
