Right guys I know it seems like I'm always asking for donations for something but this is for two things very close to my heart.

1. Marie Curie - before my mum passed away they would come in 2 to 3 nights a week and sit up with her as she never slept at night, this was so it would take the strain of my Dad, Myself and my sisters as some weeks we would each have 3 to 4 sleepless nights, the difference it made to the last 4 months is more than you can comprehend, made significant improvement in the quality of time we spent her which was invaluable and time we would never of had if it wasn't for the ladies that would come in and keep my mum company and we would have a restful night knowing that Mum was in good hands. These angels that come in and spend their time to make your last moments with your Mum mean more to me and my family than you wouldn't believe I just can't put it into words that would do it justice ❤️❤️❤️

2. Portmead and Blaenymaes ABC , without this place I wouldn't be here writing this and I can 100% guarantee, no doubt about it. They are a small but significant boxing gym that gives to the community everyday, it's based in a community where people struggle financially, this gym charges £1 a session and you can train as long as you like for 3 hours with the best coaches around and they do that for the benefit of the community as they know how hard it is for the families to manage it but if that's the case they let the kids train for free ♥️ they put so much time into the youngsters and everyone is welcome, it's like as a friend of mine described it a dysfunctional family and she's right, its like family pushing each other to improve everyday.

My son has been going there for 12 weeks and the change not just in his boxing which is unbelievable if I'm honest, the other benefit is the change in his attitude, confidence and he's turning into a fine young man because he's associating with the other boys who are disciplined, this place changes people lives or at least has a huge effect and benefit for the kids and the older boys and girls, all money raised goes back in the club and used to keep it going, we need places like this 🙏 Especially if your old and fat like me and want to get fit 😂

Anyway to get to my point of this post I am going to walk from Pontyates to the gym in Blaenymaes and back over 5 days, basically 100 miles works out 30 miles a day over 3.5 days, start (TBC)

I have decided to change the walk because from trying to arrange accommodation and fuel costs it worked out around £400, this amount of money is something I couldn't cover and would rather donate a portion of that to Marie Curie and Blaenymaes ABC.

Please donate as all the funds are going 50/50, it's for both amazing projects, please give generously I'm gonna suffer and that's gotta be worth something 😂
