    Story

Just over 4 weeks ago myself and a friend set up a Facebook Page aimed at encouraging women to join a Return to Football Program. The response has been truly overwhelming. Different backgrounds, different reasons for not playing at the moment we have attracted over 30 women who just wanted to play a bit of football. Not only are the health benefits huge we teach teamwork and problem solving skills. We also believe that sport boosts self-esteem and confidence in women.

The ladies have enjoyed their Return to Football experience in April and have asked us to continue putting on training sessions throughout the summer and to be entered into a competitive league in September.

None of this is cheap - we need funds to buy kit and equipment. We need to pay for a training venue. We need to pay for entry into a local county league and reimburse match officials on match days. Our team is self-funding and Mark, Rob, James and myself are committed to delivering a fantastic player journey for these ladies. We are all passionate about women's football. We need your help to donate funds to allow this amazing journey to continue. Please donate via this JustGiving page and share with your friends on social media.

All donations will be gratefully received. Thank you.
