I'm an average Venezuelan boy thriving towards success, trying to make a difference in the society I live in. I've been blessed with my family and friends.

My country situation is pretty particular, just as some European countries suffered communist legacy, so we are struggling in the middle of a depressed, hyperinflated and corrupted economy.

Institutions must be stronger and trustworthy in order for the society to not depend on a leader's character and ideology but to work under the Rule of Law.

I want to create a cultural and social movement dedicated to change our Latin mindset into an honest, respectful and free mindset. For such a purpose, I was blessed with a scholarship given to those willing to change the country's future through education, and here I am.

Now, I live in a town (San Diego de Los Altos) 20 kilometers away from the university I study in (UCAB). I study at night, from 01:00 PM to 07:00 PM. There are no morning spaces available for the career I'm studying (Education). It might seem to you a normal schedule to study, but let me explain you the real deal: To get to my house from the university I must take Metro from Antimano Station to Plaza Venezuela Station (here a little Metro Caracas Map for you to have an idea), then I take a bus in Plaza Venezuela which takes me to my town within an hour. From the Bus Stop in town to get to my neighborhood, it takes me like half an hour more by bus. However, no buses can be found passed 07:00 PM. It would take me an hour and a half on foot... Option not suitable for any human being due to levels of insecurity.

For such a reason I resort to this means to be able not only to buy a car but also to pay for its repairs within the next four years of career I have left.

It is not a question of luxury, but of necessity. I really want to graduate and it will be impossible with the progressive deterioration of public transportation, as well as the rampant insecurity that affects my nation.
