A Little boy who I do not know personally or know there family is extremely ill, I only know about the Little boys condition and situation through a relative who is a friend, who has asked me to help raise money through running the Liverpool rock n roll marathon on May 26th. I have agreed to this after hearing about and knowing about the struggle and pain that the family are going through at this time.

Joseph is 11 years old and diagnosed with osteosarcoma on the 19th of March this year, this is a bone cancer, which had now spread to his lungs, Unfortunately they now have to travel from Liverpool’s alder hey hospital to Birmingham for treatment for the strongest chemotherapy treatment.

As you can imagine this must obviously take a toll on the parents and little Joseph. The parents have had to put their jobs on hold now to be Josephs full time carers putting financial stress on themselves with no money coming into the household.

I am looking to raise any amount of money to help the family between now and race day. With as little as £1-£10 any amount donated would help and be appreciated.

I have put in all the hard training and hopefully with your support together we can raise enough money to help get them through this difficult time.
