Story
My son jake is 8 months old. He was born with down syndrome and had treatment in hosptital after he was born. It was all going well until a month ago he needed another operation for his hip dislocation problem. Me and my wife are raising money so we can go foward with the procedure, unfortunately me and my wife cant afford the treatment all by ourselves so thats why we need help from you. Please donate and save poor jakes life. Thank you, David.
