Story
Putting on a brave face... But Andy, my homeless friend and his girlfriend although housed in the Travelodge, Shenley Church End are still waiting for their Universal Credit to be paid (Thursday, 7th February). They have now been accommodated for 6 weeks 2 days without being placed in permanent accommodation and with NO funds to support them..
With the earlier money raised (£180) I have been helping them over these last weeks but I need 10 days of funding to help see them through..

5 years agoThings look so much brighter today. We met up with Andy and Lisa, they seem so much more optimistic that this is the count down to Friday and (hopefully) their move into permanent accommodation. Fingers crossed - it would be way too cruel to see their hopes be dashed. Everyone, think positive in the hope that this really is the last week... Thank you for your donations.
