    Story

I recently got divorced after 14 years with my ex wife simply because we fell out of love, as often happens. It was not an easy decision but we were making each other miserable. I have two children (now aged 9 and 12). Initially I was allowed to see them every other weekend which went on for nearly 2 years. Over the last 2 months, my ex wife has stopped the children from answering my calls and texts, will not allow me to call at the house (I want to make clear, this has never been an issue as I have never made a scene or caused trouble) and each time it is my turn to have the children, I receive an email form her telling tme the children wont be coming. Despite sending letters to the children, begging emails to my ex wife and trying to call my eldest daughters mobile phone, I cannot see or speak to my children. I have been in their lives since they were born and have never been away from them in their entire lives for more than 24 hours. I am a father desperate to see his children and I want to fight for my rights to see them. I have never been in trouble with the police, have never abused my children and pay my maintanance. I miss them every single day and the pain of not seeing them is unbearable. I want to raise money to go through the process of being able to see my children. As fathers have little to no rights, the first stop is mediation. There is no way my ex wife will even consider mediation and therefore this will allow me to gain a court order allowing me access. Please, if you are a parent reading this, think how you would feel if someone stopped you seeing or even speaking to your children for even 24 hours, never mind 2 months.
