I have recently been placed on the list for top surgery as I have now been on Hormone Replacment Therapy for over 6 months. The time frame of getting the surgery fluxuates between 6 and 12 months. This means, at the latest I will be traveling to Manchester summer 2019, but it could be as early as January 2019. Before I go under I will have a pre-op appointment in Manchester which generally takes place two week before the operation. After the operations I will have to stay down there for a night to allow myself to rest before travelling back up to Scotland. Then, I will have to travel back down a couple weeks later to have a check up and my chest reveal.

I am not in a finacial situation that could allow me to afford the expencises of the above. The travel cost alone are too much.... since i will have to take the train as the bus will worsen my chronic pain.

This surgery is very important to me and will complete my transition, at least for the time being. If anyone could spare a few pound I would be extremely greatful. Nothing is too small.as it will all add up.
