So, we have decided to enter the Welcome to Yorkshire Marathon Relay to raise funds to provide a de-fibrillator unit. Why you ask? Well, we reckon we are so unfit that we may well need one ourselves ! Seriously though, these units save lives and we just wanted to play a small part in helping the community that we live and work in. "How can I help?" I hear you ask.. Well you can come along to the race on the 14th of October and support us on our way, or, if you are feeling generous, you could donate to our fundraising total.
