7 years ago I started to get involved with a great cause in the UK which originated from the States, which was started by Olive Osmond, the mother of the famous 70’s group The Osmonds.

When they started singing in the 50’s it was to raise money for there to deaf older brothers, Virl & Tom. Merrill, the lead singer on most of there hit singles including Love Me For A Reason & Let Me In, has a on who is also deaf, because of his grandmothers dedication, can play the violin.

I have done 4 sponsored events in the last 5 years, a 50 mile swim, Manchester to Blackpool bike ride, climbed Snowden and 2500 miles cycling in 12 months. This year I will be doing the Manchester Great Run 1/2 Marathon and would be great for your support thank you.

Over the years many children have been sponsored by the charity for specialist teachers for many musical instruments including the violin, trumpet & keyboard.
